As each wedding is catered to your budget each packages can be costomized, fitting your needs and desires. You tell me what you want and we create it together!
The "Unity Sand" ceremony is a popular additon to our weddings. It origins from the salt ceremony or unity candle. The bride and groom each will have a vase containing sand; this symbolizes their families and group of friends. Together they pour the sand in a centervase; the sand grains combined, and unable to be seperated, symbolized the unity and eternity; 2 groups of families and friends becoming one.
To book your wedding we do require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be fully credited against your final bill. We accept all major credit card, bank cheques or wire transfers. No personal cheques are accepted. Once your wedding is booked and all services confirmed we will instruct you about further payments.
When paying by credit card please do notify your bank about your travel plans and to expect overseas charges.
Vendor services cancelled 3 weeks prior to the wedding date are subject to a cancellation fee.
In case your cruise ship cannot dock we will refund apart from services which had to be pre-prepaired such as flowers and cake.
If you are already legally married we can arrange for a symbolic wedding. For a symbolic wedding or a vow renewal service you will not need a special Cayman Island license and therefore can deduct US$250 of any package fee.
Once your wedding is booked we will send you a sample of the vows. Any ceremony can be personalized, we can insert poems, readings, sand ceremony, jumping of the broom, breaking of glass, bindi, hand ceremony, involve children ....
You will meet with the officiant before the ceremony to discuss the details. Your ceremony can be non-denominational; if you like to insert a prayer or blessing the officiant will love to do so and it will be spoken from the heart. As each wedding and each couple is different so is each ceremony!
